All deposits on jeerbuzz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jeerbuzz does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit in a currency other than BDT will be declined.
Deposit Issues: If a deposit is not credited to your account within 15 minutes of completing the transaction, please contact jeerbuzz support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit before the first has been resolved.
Withdrawals on jeerbuzz are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that you have not previously used to deposit on jeerbuzz.

The jeerbuzz VIP cashback program operates on a weekly cycle. Cashback is calculated based on net losses during the preceding week and credited to your account every Monday. VIP cashback carries no wagering requirements — it is credited as real cash and can be withdrawn immediately, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any other method that jeerbuzz determines to be abusive will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and a permanent ban from the platform.
All bets placed on jeerbuzz are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet on jeerbuzz, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.
A bet is only considered accepted and valid once jeerbuzz has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or any other reason — are not valid and will not be settled. Jeerbuzz is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to technical issues on the player's end.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other issue that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jeerbuzz reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out.
Fair Play: All games on jeerbuzz use certified random number generation. Game outcomes are not influenced by jeerbuzz or any third party. If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact support within 48 hours with the relevant game round ID.

Jeerbuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at jeerbuzz's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Jeerbuzz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeerbuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, loss of data, or interruption of service.
Jeerbuzz's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
